About Me
Originally from Germany, I have spent the past 20 years living in Spain, and recently I've begun a new chapter of life in Albania.
A healthy and holistic lifestyle has always been an important part of my life. In 2018 I became a certified yoga teacher. Over the following years I expanded my path as a fitness coach and Thai massage therapist.
Since 2019 I've been leading fun and dynamic women's group workout classes, creating a beautiful community of supportive and inspiring women.
During my recent time in Thailand, I completed my Thai massage certification in Chiang Mai, studying the traditional Northern style.
Luna means "moon" — a symbol of feminine energy: intuition, compassion, nurturing, creativity, and self-love. Just as the moon moves through its phases, our bodies and energy are constantly shifting and evolving.
Energetic, varied, and never boring. We mix Pilates with balls and rings, strength training with dumbbells, bodyweight workouts, and functional movement to keep every session fresh and motivating.

My yoga classes focus mainly on Vinyasa flow — linking breath and movement to build strength, flexibility, and ease. Alongside flowing sequences we spend time in slower Yin-style poses, allowing the body to soften and settle into stillness.
Classes explore themes like chakras, elements, emotional release, and the balance between feminine and masculine energy.

Rooted in over 2,000 years of tradition, this ancient healing practice combines acupressure, gentle assisted stretches, and rhythmic movements. Performed fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat — grounding and revitalising.
